Our Team

Deanna was raised in Appleton, NY,  on a local dairy and crop farm growing up around nature and trees. Helping her family farm with the daily chores ingrained a hard-working ethic that drives her to this day. Deanna has always had a love for trees that brought her and her husband together on common grounds. Deanna graduated in 2014 with a bachelor's degree from Suny of Brockport in Environmental Science & Biology, 2017 became an NYS Master Gardener, and 2019 she became an International Society of Arboriculture Certifed Arborist: NY-6379A and a NY Certifed Pesticide Applicator: C9901048.        

Married to Tom Jr with two kids; Rosanna and Thomas III 

Tom was raised in Barker, NY in a small quiet village with the love the great outdoors introduced to him by his parents with trips to his grandparent's woods and Adirondacks. Trees have been a part of his life since day one.  Tom Graduated from Paul Smith's College in Adirondacks with an Associate degree in Forestry Technician 2004 and then started working in the tree care industry since then. Tom started Treeman Tom as a DBA in 2010 with the help of his brother Gary Poczciwinski and family.  Tom has worked on all sides of the trade with 16 years of experience from private, commercial, power line clearing, and forestry from Maine to across New York.

Gary was raised in Barker, NY in a small quiet village. He started working for a sod farm in 2006 and learned about landscaping and sod installation and lawn maintenance.  Gary started learning the trade in 2010 right here at Treeman Tom. He started as a groundsman, then moved into tree climbing. In 2018 all his hard work and ethics just proved why he became an owner in the company that he has put his heart into.  Gary is also the companies sod installation and landscape expert.
